We are sorry to see that you are returning an item to us. Before submitting a return, please feel free to contact us first to see if we might be able to assist in some other way.

RETURNS

All returns can be logged at www.mycasio.co.za/refunds-and-returns/

1. General Returns

Watches must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if:
– The watch/es are damaged/non-functional
– The wrong watch/es have been received
– Unwanted watch/es

My CASIO will accept returns at our own costs provided that:
– The watch/es have not been worn/used
– The watch/es are in their original packaging with all extras present
– The watch/es are damaged or the wrong watch/es have been received (See section .2)

My CASIO will not be liable for return shipping costs if:
– The watch/es are being returned as an unwanted item

If any of the above conditions are not met you will be responsible for shipping costs

2. Watches that were displayed/described incorrectly or delivered in error

Watches must be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. My CASIO will be liable for the shipping fees if the following conditions are met.
– The watch/es has not been worn/used
– The watch/es are in their original packaging with all extras present.
– The watch/es are not damaged

This process may take up to 8 working days. Should you be eligible for a refund, you will receive payment within 5-7 working days.

3. Items damaged in transit

Watches deemed as damaged during transit must be reported and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any watches that are damaged during transit will be returned at no cost to the customer and will be replaced. A refund may only be actioned should there be no stock to replace the damaged item.

Kindly note:

Should the damaged watch need to be replaced, it will be replaced for the same item ordered. Should there be no stock available, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

This process may take up to 8 working days. Should you be eligible for a refund, you will receive payment within 5-7 working days.

REFUNDS

Please log your return request for an exchange or refund at www.mycasio.co.za/refunds-and-returns/.

Once a return has been logged you will be notified of the shipping details thereafter. All items being returned must be inspected by My CASIO before an exchange or refund can be made.

This process may take up to 8 working days. Should you be eligible for a refund, you will receive payment within 5-7 working days.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled at any point during the checkout process before making payment. Once a payment has been made and your order has been marked as “Processing” you will have to wait to receive your parcel and then log a return. Please see 1. General Returns
