What is the My CASIO Rewards program?

When you create a My CASIO profile you will automatically start earning reward points with every purchase you make. You can use these rewards to purchase or get discounts on watches.

NOTE: It is important that you create a profile during checkout and not checkout as a “Guest” or you will not be eligible to earn points. Points can not be transferred or earned on purchases made before your profile was created.

How do I set up an account?

You can create a My CASIO profile by either clicking on the “Login/Register” button in the top right corner of any page, or by choosing to create a profile during checkout. You will be asked to enter an email address and password then your new account details will be emailed to you.

Can I purchase gift vouchers

We are currently working on bringing this feature to you. If you already have an account you will be notified as soon as it becomes available.

How long does shipping/delivery usually take?

For major cities and urban areas delivery usually takes 3 – 4 business days. For rural areas delivery may take a bit longer depending on where you are. You can expect delivery within 7 – 8 working days.

Depending on when your purchase was made, either early morning or late afternoon could also effect delivery times.

How much does shipping/delivery cost?

Delivery costs may vary depending on your location. Your delivery charges will be displayed on your total price once you have entered your address during checkout.

If your order total is R800 or more you qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do. If you would like us to ship one of our products overseas, you can contact us directly to make arrangements.

My watch still isn't delivered, what now?

If the standard delivery time has lapsed and your order still has not been delivered, you can contact us directly and we will track your order and advise you accordingly.

My watch broke, what now?

If your watch is still under warranty and is no longer functional because of a manufacturers defect or damage during shipping, you can return it to us for repair or replacement by going to www.mycasio.co.za/refunds-and-returns/.

If you accidentally damaged your own watch you can still send it to us for repairs. (Standard shipping & repair fees will apply.)

My CASIO offers delivery through a third-party courier service, “The Courier Guy”. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location.  You will be shown a delivery charge during checkout which will be added to your order total. If your order total is R800 or more you will automatically qualify for free shipping. Please be sure to choose the free shipping option when checking out.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that we might experience delays in order processing during festive or holiday seasons due to high demand. Delivery may take an extra 1-2 business day

We attempt to complete and ship orders as soon as possible and under normal circumstances, the order to dispatch time is 2 working days. Delivery to major urban areas takes 3-4 working days and 6-7 working days for rural areas.

If a watch is out of stock you will still be able to place an order on the selected items (Via Backorder). Please note that delivery will take significantly longer, depending on stock availability.

If we are unable to obtain stock within 3-4 weeks you may be refunded or given store credit to purchase a different watch.

Once you have received the “Order is on its way” notification you will be able to track your order through The Courier Guy portal or through the “My Orders” tab on your My CASIO account page. You can use your My CASIO Order number to track your parcel
